About Fashory

In Fashory, there are many brands to discover and love! While browsing through our beautiful editorial content, you will be able to discover brands that suit your style. To follow these brands, simply click on the circular icon of the brand when you click on a particular style or product that you like. It will then lead you to the brand’s main profile, and if you like what you are seeing and would want to continue seeing style and product updates from this brand, click on the “Follow” tab located in the middle of the brand’s profile.

Since Fashory operates like a shoppable magazine, our recommendation engine provide our users with a myriad of ready-to-wear outfit sets for the specific occasions they are attending. However, if you wish to purchase a specific product from the outfit set, our application gives you the option to do that as well. Just click on the photo that you saw the item, it will list out the item that you are looking for.

Saw a style that you love from Fashory? Simply click on the “Keep This” button and your chosen style is kept to be viewed later. You can view your saved style on your Profile Tab located on the bottom navigation bar of the main page. As for the specific products that you wish to purchase, simply click on the “Buy” button once you have added the specific product.

Select the item you want to purchase, and click on the “click to pay” button. Enter the relevant information on the size of your item, shipping address, and credit-card information. Be on the lookout for an email from Fashory confirming your purchase.

My Account

Guest mode is a way to preview Fashory’s curated styles, without creating an account. However, to view our outfits within the selected styles, you must first “Log In” or “Sign Up,” which you totally should because you will be entitled with all kinds of benefits including great recommendations and new styles updated constantly from the brands which you follow.

On your iOS/Android device:

  1. Go to Profile at the bottom navigation bar
  2. Go to Settings button in the bottom of your cover photo
  3. Go to My Account under Account
  4. Tap on Change Password at the bottom of the page and change it

On your iOS/Android device:

  3. Go to My Account under Account
  4. Tap on the email field right below your name to change it

When you purchase an item on Fashory, you are placing an order directly with the brand. Each brand has its own shipping method and duration, so the most accurate answer is it depends on the brand itself. However, when you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Fashory with an estimated arrival date. To view your shipping address and order status, choose the “Profile” Tab and click on the “Settings” button. Choose “Orders” from the list and you will be directed to that page.

If you would like to change or cancel your order (provided it has not been shipped), please send an email to hello@thefashory.com and a member of our team will work with the brand to accommodate to your request!

On Fashory you can purchase only one set of items at a time. We do not have a shopping cart because we want to make shopping as quick and as easy as possible for our users. In order to purchase several different set of items, you must swipe to pay on each one of the set individually. If you would like to order more than one of a particular item, you must also pay twice to check out.

Once your order has been placed, you can find all your order information in the confirmation email that Fashory will send you. You will find the order number, the status of your order and the estimated arrival date. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to drop us an email at hello@thefashory.com.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Fashory. If you didn’t receive an email, be sure to first check your spam folder. If the confirmation email isn’t there, your order may not have been processed. You can double-check by going to the “Orders” option in the “Settings” page of your Profile.

If your order is listed there, everything is under control. You can see the status of your order on this page too. If you don’t see your order under “Orders,” we’re sorry to say that your order was not processed. Please contact us at hello@thefashory and we will try our best to make things right for you!

Any Fashory credits (from returned purchases) in your account will automatically be applied to your next order. If your credits exceed the total cost of your purchase, the remaining credit balance will be kept in your account.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. We do not currently accept Paypal, Amazon Payments, or any other payment providers not listed here.

On your iOS/Android device:

  1. Go to Profile at the bottom navigation bar
  2. Go to Settings button in the bottom of your cover photo
  3. Go to Payment Methods under Account
  4. Input your card details accordingly and update it

You can also add your credit card when you make a purchase. When you click on “Buy $” button, click on the **** beside Payment to add a credit card details and it will be saved to your Payment Methods for the convenience of future purchases.

On your iOS/Android device:

  1. Go to Profile at the bottom navigation bar
  2. Go to Settings button in the bottom of your cover photo
  3. Go to Shipping Details under Account
  4. Input your shipping details accordingly and update it.

You can also add/edit your shipping details when you make a purchase. When you click on “Buy $” button, click on the address field beside Address to add your shipping details and it will be saved to your Shipping Details for the convenience of future purchases.

Fashory processes payments with Stripe, a secure PCI Level One compliant service provider. Fashory does not collect or hold the payment information of our users. Once your order has been placed, Stripe requests authorization from your bank.

Shipping

Zero dollars! Fashory is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore.

We are happy to announce that we will be shipping to Indonesia and Thailand really soon. Do check out our app for the individual shipping rates for each item. Psst! We heard that some items are free shipping to Indonesia and Thailand too!

Currently, Fashory supports shipping only within Singapore. However, if you really want to buy something and have it shipped out of Singapore, please do contact us at community@thefashory.com to discuss and we will try our best to help!
